Privacy policy

• Checkout: the email address and payment confirmation details supplied by Stripe for a completed order.
• Orders: the products purchased, amount paid, order status and download events, so a link can be reissued and duplicates avoided.
• Optional account: your name and email, and any checklist progress you choose to save.
• Contact messages: the name, email and message you send us.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and are never sent to or stored by PrepareNow. Stripe processes that data under its own privacy terms.

The readiness checklist stores your progress in your browser's local storage so it survives a page reload. If you sign in, your session is kept by the platform's authentication service.

We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers on this site.

Order records are kept for as long as needed to provide downloads, handle refunds and meet accounting obligations. Contact messages are kept until the query is resolved. Checklist progress saved to an account is kept until you delete it or ask us to.

You can ask for a copy of the data tied to your email, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing through the contact page. Order records required for tax and accounting may be retained where the law requires it.

We share data only with the processors needed to run the store: Stripe for payments, and our hosting and email providers for delivery. We do not sell personal data.

Privacy questions go through the contact page and are answered by a person, usually within two business days.
