Terms of use

These terms apply when you browse the PrepareNow library or buy a digital guide. They are written to be read.

Last updated November 2026

01

What you are buying

PrepareNow sells downloadable PDF documents. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page states the format, page count, price and what the document covers before you pay.

Product descriptions are written to be accurate. Where a file or sample outcome is not available yet, the product page says so and checkout is closed for that title.

02

Licence and permitted use

Buying a guide grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read it and to print copies for your own household.

  • Do not resell, sublicense, publish or redistribute the files, in whole or in part.
  • Do not upload the files to file-sharing services, course platforms or AI training sets.
  • Do not remove copyright or attribution notices from the documents.
  • Business, school or team use requires written permission — contact us first.
03

Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars. The price charged is calculated on our server from the product record at the moment checkout starts, not from any value your browser sends.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number. An order is only fulfilled after the payment provider confirms that payment succeeded.

04

Delivery

After payment is confirmed, the confirmation page shows a secure download link. Links expire quickly by design and can be reissued to the email address used at checkout.

05

Refunds

Refunds are covered by the refunds and digital delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.

06

Educational use and safety disclaimer

All PrepareNow material is general educational content. It is not medical, legal, engineering, financial or professional safety advice, and it is not a substitute for trained instruction or official guidance.

Emergencies are unpredictable and local conditions vary. You are responsible for your own safety, for the safety of anyone in your care, and for complying with local laws and the instructions of emergency services. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number.

We do not certify, endorse or guarantee any third-party equipment, training provider or organisation mentioned in our documents.

07

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PrepareNow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the guides. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

08

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the library grows; the date above shows the current version. Questions go to the contact page and are answered by a person.
